"I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Marion on the Instructional Systems Design team at CPaT, as well as being managed by her as she quickly moved into a leadership role at the company. As an ISD I was impressed by her design speed, skillful relationship management in a fast-paced global environment, generosity in sharing knowledge, and attention to detail. As a leader I appreciate her supportive mentorship, her decisiveness, and her flexibility in an industry where change is constant. She makes herself very available to her team, invites questions and feedback, and thinks strategically about how to foster better cross-functional collaboration.
I value that Marion is not afraid to upend inefficient processes and constantly reevaluate what practices best serve the business. Under her guidance our diverse team of contractors and full time employees has dramatically increased production, strengthened partnerships, and streamlined the efficiency of the design and development process by radically changing the way we use our project management software and the way we communicate with team members. Her dedication to improvement and measurable results is recognized by stakeholders at all levels. I’d highly recommend Marion as asset to any organization!"

"In addition to my "day" job as a Financial Advisor, I own a dance school where I teach Scottish Highland Dance to children all over Tennessee and Alabama. Over the last 10 years, I've ran my business largely on my own, which can be both fulfilling and challenging. As a "one woman" show, it can be very overwhelming to try to onboard new dancers and families, while still managing my existing relationships with existing dance families, and running my business as a financial advisor. I found myself frustrated having to explain how to order dance shoes, register for competitions, find costumes, again and again to a new wave of parents every semester. I felt very overwhelmed, and I felt like I was not using my time appropriately.
Marion created a BEAUTIFUL and seamless course to answer the most frequently asked questions I get from new dance parents - Expectations, absences, invoices, costumes, and competitions. The course was easy to follow, VERY thorough, and presented "real life scenarios" to reiterate the important concepts I've struggled getting new families to understand in the past. During the whole process, Marion was incredibly receptive to feedback and she implemented all of my desired changes perfectly. I was very impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail - Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to create an educational course to help solve their problems and take some weight off their shoulders!"
