This course accomplished that goal, and she has now been able to devote most of her time to teaching rather than attending to routine questions. This course has also saved her money as families are now aware of monthly payments and making their payments on time without prompting.

After a thorough needs assessment, it was decided that the Guest Satisfaction Agents did not have the conversational skills to effectively engage with guests during the check-in process. The conversational skills that this hotel promotes are rooted in the five human truths. Purpose: Amazon wants to create an event in which requires team leads to be trained on machine learning and neural networking and apply it by training a robotic device in the AWS Cloud, called the “Deep Racer”. In order for the even to be successful, and for Amazon to recruit talent, a course needs to be designed and developed for team leaders to have a foundational knowledge of machine learning and neural networking so they can write code to train the device using the cloud.
