After a thorough needs assessment, it was decided that the Guest Satisfaction Agents did not have the conversational skills to effectively engage with guests during the check-in process. The conversational skills that this hotel promotes are rooted in the five human truths. This lesson is designed to empower the learner by using the five human truths to engage with guests and de-escalate complaints and issues.
