Purpose: A needs analysis identified the correlation between a decline in performance and employee mental wellbeing. They decided that an eLearning course on creating a task force focused on giving employees resources to assist in mitigating mental health issues was needed.

Purpose: Following a needs assessment, a small business owner decided an eLearning course would save her time and money in helping new families with the onboarding process. This course accomplished that goal, and she has now been able to devote most of her time to teaching rather than attending to routine questions. This course has also saved her money as families are now aware of monthly payments and making their payments on time without prompting.

Purpose: A home building firm recently experienced a massive decline in sales. After a needs analysis, we discovered that it was due to first-time home buyers not having the tools and skills they needed to start and close the purchase.
